DEW Africa Oil Serum

An exceptional oil serum made from deeply nourishing African Seed Oils, including Baobab, Marula, Manketti, and Kalahari Melon, known for their protective and regenerative properties and used by Indigenous African cultures for centuries. The oils are infused with Namibian Myrrh, Saffron, traditional Fynbos Essential Oils, and local Lavender. 

• Hydration & Barrier Repair: Rich in essential fatty acids (Omega-3, -6, and -9), polyunsaturated fatty acids (such as alpha-eleostearic acids) it locks in moisture and helps prevent transepidermal water loss, keeping the skin supple. It contains an exceptionally high concentration of linoleic acid (up to 70%). This essential fatty acid integrates into your skin cells to form ceramides, strengthening the skin’s moisture barrier.
• Antioxidant Protection: It contains vitamins A, D, E, and C and sterols, which fight free radicals and help prevent premature ageing, fine lines, and wrinkles. Packed with vitamin E and zinc, it helps neutralise free radicals, improve skin elasticity, and minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. High in alpha-pinene and beta-pinene, it shields the skin from environmental stressors, minimising oxidative damage.
• Anti-inflammatory & Soothing: Its anti-inflammatory properties soothe redness and irritation, making it highly beneficial for sensitive skin, eczema, and blemishes. 
• UV shield: Its high content of alpha-eleostearic acid reacts with UV light to form a natural, mild protective shield on the skin’s surface. 
• Skin Regeneration: It contains amino acids like L-arginine and glutamic acid, which promote cell regeneration and repair 
• Non-comedogenic: Despite being deeply nourishing, it has a lightweight viscosity, absorbs rapidly, and leaves no heavy residue, making it safe for all skin types without clogging pores.
• Brightening & Anti-Pigmentation: Saffron contains active compounds like crocin and crocetin, which inhibit melanin synthesis. This helps fade dark spots, acne scars, and uneven skin tone.
• Antibacterial & Antifungal: Inhibits the growth of acne-causing bacteria, helping to prevent and treat breakouts while clearing pores and helping with fungal infections (like athlete’s foot or ringworm)
