Made from only dried herbs collected from the Montagu Nature Reserve by the Montagu Museum Herb Project. Ignite the end of the smudge stick with an open flame until most stick ends are alight. Waft the smoking stick around the selected space or body, and lay in a fire-fast bowl. Do not leave unattended and extinguish properly after use.
